In James Clears' book, "Atomic Habits," he talks about the Goldilocks Principle: the idea that if something is too easy or too hard, our brains have a hard time engaging with it. I think this principle applies to real estate and investing very well. More specifically, I think it applies to surrounding yourself with the right people to challenge you and encourage you to grow. Depending on what your goals are and where you are in your real estate journey, there are some excellent groups and clubs that you can join to help you move forward. Here is a list ordered by low-barrier-to-entry, to high-barrier-to-entry.

Who: Anybody, but geared toward newer investors looking for inspiration and direction. Also geared toward seasoned investors looking to know the Lehigh Valley area better. Here you will get boots on the ground tactical Lehigh Valley advice and experience.

Who: Anybody, but geared toward active investors looking to scale their portfolios. Large but not exclusive focus is given to the real estate space of Multi-Family asset class. Great speakers and community is found here.

Who: Anybody looking to blend real estate investing with personal growth and living a better life, particularly one that takes into account all areas of your life and not just real estate. Here you will meet other like minded investors who are looking to grow with and challenge each other. The camaraderie in this group is hard to beat.

Who: Millionaires who are all about intentional living! Their slogan is grab life big! They too place a focus on not just investing but how all areas of your life blend together. This is a high level group that is geared toward upping their game in all areas of life in a healthy way and one done in community.

Who: Multi-Millionaires who want a super high level exclusive vibe. Their website practically tells you that you are probably not going to be a fit. With more exclusion you get more depth for the members that it is a fit for. There are probably lots of groups like this in various niches of real estate but I recommend this one if you are at this level because everything that Brandon Turner does is done very intentionally and with the utmost integrity.
